I believe God created each and every one of us to do something meaningful during our lifetime.
In the book of Genesis, God says, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness.” If we are created in His own image and likeness then we must be very special; to be able to act big and dream big.
They say to be content, you must simplify your way of living. But how can you be simple when you have big dreams?
For me, simple living doesn’t mean you have to deny yourself of the good things in life.
A person who have big dreams find contentment when they avoid sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like – these are the things that doesn’t make you content.
Because being content is not about being simple or being rich. It’s all about how you live your life, a life of love. To celebrate the achievements of others, to be honest and true to your words, to smile a lot, to laugh a lot, and to share your blessings.
Your purpose in life is unique and it cannot be compared to others. You don’t have to compare yourselves with anybody for whatever they have or whatever achievements they have done. Be you and you will find true contentment – and everything that you dreamed for will come true.
God is the greatest!
